How to order
A. How do I order?
All orders are taken by phone only. Call 0770 318 191 (Monday – Sunday, 08:00 – 20:00) or your nearest reception and tell us what you need cleaned.
- Call us and tell us what you need cleaned. We’ll quote the price from our price list.
- We agree on the address and a time slot for a Mura agent to collect your items.
- Your clothes are eco-cleaned with Wet Clean and packed.
- We contact you for delivery and bring the items back to your address.
You can also bring your items to one of our receptions: Mura Lidl Găvana (Bd. N. Bălcescu 157B, bl. B1 (Lidl Găvana car park), Pitești, 0770 317 058); Mura Vivo! Mall (Vivo! Mall car park, Calea București 36, Pitești, 0770 319 425); Mura Argeș Mall (Argeș Mall, str. Tudor Vladimirescu 37, Pitești, 0771 022 360).
B. Pickup and delivery
Our agents collect and deliver to homes and offices in Pitești every day, Monday to Saturday. Pickup and delivery are free.
C. Payment
