Introduction

The website www.muralaundry.ro (the “site”) is owned and operated by SC Ama Wash House SRL (the “Company”), Trade Register no. J3/2517/20.10.2021, tax ID RO45086320, registered office Str. Negru Vodă 30, Bloc Coral, Sc. A, Et. 6, Ap. 6-4, Pitești, Argeș. This page describes how we handle your personal data. All data is processed under Romanian law and Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR).

Protecting your personal data is a major concern for us. We do not disclose information about your visits except where required by law, we do not pass your data to third parties and, by default, we process only the data strictly needed for each purpose.

What data we process

We collect and process personal data when you fill in a form on the site (for example the contact form or the job application form):

contact details: name, e-mail address, phone number;
other details you choose to send us (address, workplace, CV);
browsing data collected through cookies and similar technologies, only with your consent – see the cookie policy.

Why we process it and on what legal basis

to conclude or perform a contract or invoice you are party to;
to answer your questions and requests;
to inform you about offers and services;
to protect the site against cyber attacks and spam;
for marketing, only with your prior consent;
to provide and improve our services.

For data you give us voluntarily through forms or by contacting us, the legal basis is taking steps at your request before entering into a contract (art. 6(1)(b) GDPR). For data collected through analytics cookies, the legal basis is your consent, which you can withdraw at any time. We do not send spam and, as a rule, we do not disclose your data to third parties.

Keeping your data up to date

If any of your data changes or is incorrect, or you want to cancel a request, write to office@muralaundry.ro.

How long we keep it

We stop processing your data when it is no longer reasonably needed for the purposes above or when you withdraw your consent, unless there are legitimate grounds or a legal obligation to keep it, or it is needed to establish, exercise or defend legal claims.

Children

We do not knowingly collect personal data from people under 16. If a parent or guardian learns that their child has sent us personal data, please let us know and we will delete it.

Your rights

to get a copy of your data;
to have incorrect or incomplete data corrected;
to object to or restrict processing;
to withdraw consent at any time (this does not affect earlier processing);
to have your data erased;
to data portability.

You can unsubscribe from marketing messages at any time by replying “Unsubscribe”. We may ask you to confirm your identity before handling a request. If you are not satisfied with our answer, you can complain to the Romanian data protection authority (ANSPDCP), Bd. Gheorghe Magheru 28-30, Bucharest.

Security

We take all reasonable measures to protect your data, but no information sent over the internet can be completely secure.
