Returns policy

This is an English translation provided for convenience. The Romanian version of this page is the legally binding one.

Under the legislation in force, when services are purchased online the CUSTOMER has the right to notify SC Ama Wash House SRL in writing that they withdraw from the purchased services, without penalties and without giving a reason, within 14 calendar days of the service being performed.

Return requests are answered within 5 working days.

The amount refunded is the amount paid for the services.

For orders paid by card, the amount is refunded to the same card within 3–30 days of the return being accepted.

SC Ama Wash House SRL may refuse the refund or withhold part of the value of the service (a fee covering related services); the amount is communicated by our representatives after assessing any damage.

Repeated withdrawals (at least twice) may be considered abuse, in which case SC Ama Wash House SRL may refuse to provide further services to that customer or address.
